Facing a stagnant in lead generation, Big Photo Canvas encountered challenges in establishing a strong online presence in Malaysia and another targeted country. Despite aspirations to expand beyond Malaysia, the daily lead count coming from another targeted country remained at a mere 5 to 6, falling short of the initial goals. Recognizing the disparity between objectives and outcomes, the client sought our expertise to rejuvenate their advertising strategy, prompting a strategic overhaul.
We conducted a thorough analysis of Big Photo Canvas's existing advertising efforts and identified key areas for improvement. Implementing a targeted approach, we crafted two distinct advertising campaigns across platforms tailored to their unique offerings. Our strategies incorporated compelling visuals, refined ad copy, and precise audience targeting to maximize engagement.
The campaign initiated by us for Malaysia target audience and another country target audience was able to achieve the lowest cost per lead possible and maintained it. For another country, where the cost per lead used to be expensive due to different currency, we managed to reduce the cost per lead to a profitable value. By focusing on user experience and aligning the campaigns with customer preferences, we aimed to not just increase traffic but to convert visitors into satisfied customers. We've also used the same budgeting strategy that was implemented and were able to achieve 2 or 3 times more leads.
Our tailored solutions were impactful. Big Photo Canvas experienced a significant increase in daily leads, consistently reaching a minimum of 20+leads per day for other country and for Malaysia we were able to reach minimum 40+ leads per day. This represents a notable 300% increase from the initial baseline. The revamped advertising campaigns not only captured the attention of a broader audience but also resonated with potential customers.
